澳門首家IT服務股博維智慧招股可吼
自從踏入6月份，雖然大市整體表現不俗，但新股掛牌上市後股價普遍表現一般。不過，根據過往經驗，往往在幾集股價表現較差的新股上市後，就會出現一隻表現較好者，如正在公開招股(IPO)的博維智慧科技(01204.HK)是澳門首家企業資訊科技(IT)服務供應商來港上市，市場憧憬內地通關在即，對澳門博彩股已帶來大刺激，博維智慧(01204.HK)有機會受惠。
博維智慧(01204.HK)為澳門領先的IT解決方案供應商，亦是澳門少數具備技術能力及資源為客戶提供全面的端對端解決方案之IT服務供應商之一，並在澳門按ISO 27001及ISO 20000標準營運唯一的全天候信息安全營運中心以提供託管安全服務；為客戶提供可靠、端對端及優質的企業IT解決方案。
中澳均有支持IT政策
澳門的IT解決方案市場由2016年的16.37億澳門元，持續增長至2019年的19.5億澳門元。澳門各個行業應用IT及數碼化日益增加，加上政府的扶持政策，進一步推動澳門對IT解決方案的需求，預期相關市場增長空間巨大。另外，鄰近的大灣區IT解決方案市場亦受有利的政府政策支持，資料顯示，大灣區信息產業的收益自2016年按複合年增長率18.1%增至2021年達12,576億人民幣。
今次上市集資就是計劃未來擴大集團的企業IT解決方案項目組合，加強承擔較大合約價值的企業IT解決方案項目的能力；另外，成立銷售及營運團隊，擴大集團在大灣區企業IT解決方案業務的地理覆蓋範圍。
集團先前已吸引了大橫琴（澳門）有限公司及嘉猷控股有限公司成為集團的IPO前投資者。大橫琴為珠海市政府國資委下屬國企及橫琴粵澳深度合作區最大發展集團，嘉猷則由澳門知名的崔氏家族持有，在澳門及香港具有相當名氣。之後更獲澳門房地產聯合商會會長吳在權先生作為基石投資者及澳門馬氏家族成員、知名本地企業家馬志達先生以錨定投資者身份入飛，相信這些實力雄厚的投資者將有助博維智慧(01204.HK)在澳門及大灣區進一步拓展市場。
